What We Are Looking For

Are you a self-driven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets while delighting clients? If so, then the Business Development Manager position at Concrete Cashmere might be the right role for you. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and creativity in their day-to-day role. 


  • Managing the existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Developing new leads by identifying and contacting decision-makers, as well as leading and facilitating pitch logistics
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Attend meetings and act as the first point of contact for prospective clients
  • Introduces innovative lead generation ideas and strategies to increase sales
  • Research to identify and source new leads and find potential new markets and sales
  • Effectively tell our company story and articulate the value of our services to prospects
  • Regularly follow up with leads to build relationships and generate new business inquiries
  • Attend networking events, meetings and industry events in search of potential clients
  • Meet with new clientele to discuss design, construction and furniture needs
  • Creating a clientele list and update frequently (managing all relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers)
  • Continually update and refine data in the sales prospect database
  • Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met
  • Overseeing design/build process from beginning to finish, stay focused on results through high performance and accountability
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or marketing
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales with a deep understanding of consultative selling and the sales process
  • Experience in Design & Construction, and an understanding of project cycles/processes.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPI’s
  • You are confident speaking and presenting to people at all levels in an organization, from entry to C-suite
  • You have unparalleled people skills, you are customer obsessed, and you have the ability to find business at every corner
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities through effective time management and organizational skills
  • In-depth experience using the Microsoft Suite
  • Experience leading sales meetings
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Valid BC Driver’s License
