Located in the heart of the vibrant King West neighbourhood, this new space spans an impressive 2,574 square feet, embodying a harmonious blend of innovative interior design, functionality, and cultural storytelling.

Hello Nori’s new Toronto flagship location reflects the brand’s minimalist yet striking aesthetic, brought to life with thoughtful interior design. Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi and Toronto’s rich industrial heritage, the design merges natural textures with modern elements to create an unforgettable dining atmosphere.

A breathtaking undulating wooden ceiling serves as the focal point of the space, drawing inspiration from Toronto’s historical ties to the textile industry. The dynamic form captures the movement of fabric, creating an interplay of light and shadow that transforms the restaurant into an immersive environment.

Staying true to Hello Nori’s core philosophy, the King West location features a menu of meticulously crafted hand rolls, each made to order using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Central to the dining experience is a 36-seat U-shaped bar, where guests can enjoy an up-close view of the meticulous preparation process, showcasing the artistry and precision that define Hello Nori’s culinary excellence.
