McDermott + Bull. is a premier Executive Search firm that had recently expanded its offices into Canada.

Concrete Cashmere provided the full scope of services including design, construction project management and office furnishing for this tenant improvement project.

The new team was looking to have an office space that’s unique and functional to suit the business’ needs. The furniture team curated multifunctional furniture like the Mole soft seating and folding paper benches paired with modern furnishing from Article. The team also sourced local craft from Union Wood to design a beautiful wooden high top in the staff kitchen.

For the new Vancouver office, our design team made sure to make the most of the 2,260 SF commercial space by incorporating floor-to-ceiling glass doors and modern partition solutions to give the space breathability and abundance of lighting without compromising privacy.
