Loyal Medical Clinic

In constructing the project, the space required combining two existing units in the Royal Center mall in order to suit the new tenant’s size requirements. The completed interior resulted in a welcoming, bright, and highly functional space.

The new 2,300 sq. ft. medical clinic consisted of a reception and waiting area with entry points to two accessible washrooms, a small kitchen area, a lab for testing, 10 treatment rooms, two offices, and a small staff washroom.
